My name is Cecilia Eleanore Prichard and as the immediate past Chapter Basileus of Delta Mu Zeta Chapter my work was cut out for me. I developed four strategic goals listed below and the chapter's accomplishments under my leadership was significant. I am proud of the accomplishments of my chapter and I pray that my chapter will continue to grow and flourish for many years to come.

Under my Leadership, my goals for the chapter were

• Reestablish Delta Mu Zeta’s Leadership and presence in the Harlem community
• Follow the National Programmatic Thrust of the International Grand Basileus
• Building up membership for the chapter
• Continue to Improve Chapter Management

• Obtained 501c3 status
• Obtained Premier Chapter status for Z-HOPE at the 2004 and 2006 Boules
• Won top ZHOPE awards for the Atlantic Region
• Launched website
• Recipient of Atlantic Regional Website Award for Excellence
• Reestablished Archonette Club
• Purchased 2 Water Wells for ZHOPE
• Graduate chapter to first Undergraduate chapter in the Nation to purchase a Well for ZHOPE
• Formed partnerships with Harlem Childrens Zone and Millbank Children’s Center as venues for ZHOPE workshops
• Reclaimed six Sorors
• Initiated seven new Sorors
• Hosted 4 successful Silent Auction Fundraisers
• Hosted Finer Womanhood Luncheon that honored International Grand Basileus
• Hosted 2004 New York State Leadership Conference and closed with a profit
• First Black Greek Lettered Organization chapter to sponsor a table at Harlem Week ( 2003 and 2005)
