Soror D'Jara Monaye Careathers was initiated into Delta Mu Zeta Chapter on November 21st, 1992 aka Yardie Spice, Nappy. During her membership, she has held several positions including Grammateus, Fundraising Chair, Day at the Races Chair and Registrar of Chapter hosted NYS Meeting 2004. Soror Careathers has been honored by her beloved chapter members as Zeta Of The Year - 2002 and served as Mistress of Ceremony of the Finer Womanhood Scholarship Luncheon - 2003. She is currently serving as the New York State Tamias Grammateus as well as for her Chapter and is the New York State Leadership Conference Registrar - 2007.
